About the Role

HR Exports Private Limited – Shazia Rice is expanding its team and looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage and support day-to-day HR and operational activities. The role requires someone who can independently handle core HR responsibilities, coordinate effectively with different departments, and contribute to building a structured and employee-focused work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
Handle employee joining formalities, documentation, HR records, and personnel files.
Manage and monitor attendance, leave, employee data, and payroll-related coordination.
Support employees with day-to-day HR queries, grievances, and workplace requirements.
Coordinate with various departments for smooth HR and administrative operations.
Assist in maintaining and implementing HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.




Support employee engagement, performance management, and other HR initiatives.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, trackers, MIS, and documentation as required.
Contribute to improving HR processes as the organization continues to expand and grow.
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proactive, responsible, and capable of working independently.
