The ideal candidate should have a solid background in EdTech, Staffing, Recruitment, or related service-based industries, with proven experience in generating leads, acquiring clients, and building long-term business relationships.
NThe candidate will be responsible for identifying recent business prospects, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets.

Identify and develop current business opportunities in the US market. N
Generate qualified leads through outbound and inbound sales strategies. N
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and decision-makers.

Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure. N

nClient Acquisition& Relationship Management

Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and demos. N
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions. N
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements. N
Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. N

nMarket Expansion

Develop strategies to expand the company's presence in the US market. N
Identify new industry verticals and business segments. N
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions. N
