Key Responsibilities
End-to-End HR Cycle Management:
Recruitment &
Talent Acquisition – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Employee Engagement – driving initiatives to enhance workplace culture and retention.
Performance Management – implementing appraisal systems, feedback mechanisms, and career development plans.
Learning &
Development – coordinating training programs and skill enhancement workshops.
HR Operations – attendance, payroll coordination, HRIS data management, compliance, and policy implementation.
Exit Management – handling resignations, exit interviews, and full & final settlements.
Policy &
Compliance:

Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.




Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with leadership and department heads to align HR strategies with business goals.
Data-Driven HR: Utilize HR analytics to track KPIs, employee performance, and recruitment efficiency.
Process Improvement: Identify gaps in HR processes and recommend automation or workflow enhancements.

Required Skills &
Competencies
Strong understanding of the complete HR cycle in IT industry.
Hands-on experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee engagement.
Proficiency in HR tools (ATS, Excel, etc).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, AI-driven technology environment.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of HR experience in IT industry.
