The Qualifications We Seek
Bachelor's degree, preferred




1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in B2B collections supporting U.S.-based clients
Proven experience managing collections for U.S. businesses, with a robust understanding of U.S. billing and invoicing practices
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to communicate professionally with brokers and external partners via phone and email
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Your Daily Tasks
Transcribe, create, and send customer invoices accurately and promptly.
Communicate with brokers via phone and email to ensure accurate payment setup.
Follow up on overdue payments and coordinate timely collections with brokers.
Maintain accurate records of invoices, collections, and payment history.
Ensure compliance with documented financial processes and company standards.
