About Seatking

Seatking is a home and office furniture showroom offering stylish, comfortable, and quality furniture solutions for residential and commercial spaces. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our showroom sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in customers and understand their furniture requirements.
Present and recommend suitable home and office furniture based on customer needs and budget.
Generate leads through showroom enquiries, calls, references, and follow-ups.
Convert enquiries into successful sales and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp to close pending enquiries.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and coordinate order finalisation.
Coordinate with the design, production, delivery, and installation teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, quotations, and sales.
Stay updated on furniture products, materials, designs, pricing,



and market trends.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
Support junior sales executives and contribute to improving overall showroom sales.

Requirements
3–6 years of experience in showroom sales, furniture sales, interior products, or a similar industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer-handling and negotiation abilities.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Good knowledge of home and office furniture will be an advantage.
Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel, CRM, and basic computer applications.
Presentable, confident, and qualified personality.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales targets.
