Role Description The Subject Matter Expert – Data Science will design and deliver high-quality learning content, including curricula, lesson plans, problem sets, and projects that align with current industry standards. This full-time, in office role based in Coimbatore involves teaching and mentoring students, explaining complex data science concepts in an accessible manner, and supporting them in interview and placement preparation. The role includes collaborating with internal teams to update materials based on feedback and emerging trends, creating assessments to evaluate learner progress, and contributing to workshops, bootcamps,



and online resources.

The Subject Matter

Expert will also review and refine course content, participate in internal training sessions, and ensure a consistent, engaging learning experience across programs.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a problem-solving mindset.
Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Statistics and its application in real-world scenarios.
Candidates should possess expertise in Data Science, including machine learning concepts and model evaluation.
Candidates should possess proficiency in Data Analytics and Data Analysis for deriving insights from structured and unstructured data.
Relevant experience with programming languages and tools commonly used in data science (such as Python, R, SQL, and data visualization libraries) is beneficial.
Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring learners in technical subjects is an advantage.
A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Robust communication skills, the ability to explain complex topics clearly, and a team-oriented working style are essential.
