Job DescriptionAbout the Role
NWe are looking for a Sales Manager to lead and drive revenue. The role involves managing the sales team, driving conversions, improving sales processes, and ensuring a strong student experience throughout the admission journey.
NThe charter for this rolewill include:

Own sales targetsand revenue for the assigned business. N
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of study abroad counsellors/sales professionals. N
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and take corrective actions to achieve targets. N
Analyse sales data, identify gaps, and build strategies to improve team productivity and conversions. N
Conduct regular reviews, coaching sessions, and performance discussions with the team. N
Build and implement sales processes, playbooks, and best practices to improve efficiency. N
Handle escalations and support the team in closing high-value or complex student cases. N
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, student preferences, and changes in international education. N
Ensure a high-quality student experience while maintaining strong sales outcomes. N

5–8 years of experiencein sales, preferably in study abroad, international education, or a related industry. N
Prior experience managing and leading a sales/counselling team. N
Strong track record of achieving revenue and conversion targets. N
Strong understanding ofsales funnels, lead management, and performance metrics. N
Excellent communication, negotiation, and people-management skills. N
Data-driven approach with the ability to identify problems and take quick action. N
Comfortable working in a quick-paced, target-driven workplace. N
Strong customer/studentorientation with a commercial mindset. N
