Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Service Team Leader to lead and manage our ERP Support Team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the ERP Support Team.
Handle technical and functional ERP support issues.
Monitor customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Guide team members in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Coordinate with the technical and development teams when required.
Ensure proper follow-up and closure of support issues.
Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualification





UG/PG in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP Support / Technical Support.
UG/PG qualification in Computer Science or a related field.
Positive knowledge of ERP systems and business processes.
Solid technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Positive team leadership and coordination abilities.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and skills
