Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Consultant to join our growing Workday practice. The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on experience in Workday integrations, with expertise in designing, developing, testing, and supporting integrations across the Workday ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and support Workday integrations based on business requirements.
Work on EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Workday APIs.
Develop and maintain inbound and outbound integrations with third-party applications.
Analyze integration requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Perform integration testing, troubleshooting, error handling, and performance optimization.
Support end-to-end integration development, from requirements gathering through deployment and production support.
Work closely with functional consultants, clients, and technical teams to resolve integration-related issues.
Prepare technical documentation, integration specifications, and deployment/support documentation.
Monitor integrations and proactively identify and resolve failures or data issues.
Participate in implementation, enhancement, and support projects.





What We’re Looking For
Strong hands-on experience in Workday Integrations.
Experience with EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Workday APIs.
Valuable understanding of integration patterns, data flows, web services, and troubleshooting.
Experience with XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, JSON, and related integration technologies.
Experience across the end-to-end Workday implementation lifecycle.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global teams.
Workday Integration certification is preferred.
Prior experience in client-facing engagements is an advantage.

Experience 3+ years of relevant Workday Integration experience, with robust hands-on development and implementation experience.

Nice to Have
Experience with complex Workday Studio integrations.
Exposure to Workday Extend and/or Workday Orchestrate.
Experience integrating Workday with third-party HR, payroll, finance, or advantages systems.
Knowledge of security concepts and authentication mechanisms used in Workday integrations.
