Telesales Executive Location: Indore Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹29,000 per month Job Type: Full time Department: Sales & Business Development Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and convert leads into sales. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services. Explain product features, advantages, pricing, and offers clearly to customers.

Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to maximize conversions. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Ensure compliance with company policies, call quality standards, and SLA requirements.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities. Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.



Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion and customer onboarding.

RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills. Customer-focused and target-oriented approach. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to handle outbound calls confidently. Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, or sales will be an advantage.
