Manage shift operations of the Rolling Mill and achieve daily production targets.
Monitor the complete rolling process from billet charging to finished product.
Control and monitor rolling speed, temperature, pass schedule and mill parameters.
Handle operation of roughing, intermediate and finishing stands.
Ensure proper roll setting, roll gap and guide setting as per product requirement.
Monitor mill cobbles, loopers, shears and pinch rolls during operation.
Ensure proper billet feeding and material flow through the mill.
Maintain required product size, shape and quality as per specifications.
Coordinate with furnace, mechanical, electrical and quality teams.
Troubleshoot operational issues and minimize mill stoppages and production losses.
Manage manpower deployment and supervise operators during the shift.
Maintain shift-wise production, downtime and rejection reports.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards and housekeeping.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
