Manager– Investment Advisory

Location: Bangalore Experience: 5–7 Years

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Manager – Investment Advisory with robust experience in costing, budgeting, and project cost management. The candidate should have experience working on residential and commercial real estate projects and should be comfortable coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and review project cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs.

· Monitor project budgets and track actual costs against approved budgets.

· Conduct cost analysis and rate analysis for various project activities.

· Review contractor quotations, comparative statements, and commercial proposals.

· Verify and certify contractor bills and invoices based on work completed.

· Prepare and maintain cost reports, MIS, and budget tracking reports.

· Monitor project cash flow and expenditure.

· Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams for cost-related matters.

· Identify cost variations and provide inputs for cost control and optimization.

· Support tendering,



contractor negotiations, and award of work.

· Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to ensure accurate costing.

· Provide regular updates on project cost, budget utilization, and financial progress.

Required Skills:

· Robust knowledge of Costing and Budgeting.

· Experience in residential and commercial projects.

· Knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity estimation.

· Good understanding of cost control and cost management.

· Knowledge of rate analysis and bill verification.

· Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

· Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and work with different stakeholders.

Educational Qualification:

· B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.

Ideal Candidate:

A Civil Engineering professional with 5–7 years of experience in Cost Management, Project Costing, or Investment Advisory, with hands-on exposure to residential and commercial real estate projects.
