Job Description:
Develop and implement the overall social media strategy for Sapna Book House across
Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Define monthly and quarterly social media goals, KPIs and growth plans.
Establish the overall social media direction, brand voice and communication style.
Plan and lead social media campaigns, product promotions, launches and special
initiatives.
Provide strategic direction for posts, reels, stories, videos and other social media
content.
Plan and develop video concepts, storyboards and shoot plans for social media
campaigns, brand communication and promotional content.
Coordinate and oversee video shoots, including planning content requirements, creative
direction and execution.
Review and oversee the monthly content calendar and ensure alignment with the overall
strategy.
Lead and guide the Social Media Manager and supporting team.
Coordinate with designers, content creators, photographers, videographers, influencers,
agencies and other external partners.
Ensure consistency, quality and accuracy of social media content and brand
communication.
Monitor and analyse social media performance, including reach, engagement, followers,
conversions and campaign results.




Take hands-on ownership of performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads,
Google Ads and YouTube Ads.
Develop, execute and optimise paid digital campaigns to drive brand awareness, website
traffic, customer acquisition, engagement and conversions.
Track campaign performance, budgets, ROI/ROAS, CPL, CPA and other relevant
performance metrics.
Prepare regular performance reports and present key insights, learnings and
recommendations to management.
Oversee paid social media promotions and digital advertising strategy in coordination
with the relevant team or agency.
Develop digital marketing strategies suitable for a brand with a Pan-India
presence, ensuring campaigns are planned and optimised for different markets
and audiences across India.
Identify current social media trends, platform updates and current prospects to improve
brand visibility and engagement.
Manage, mentor and provide direction to the social media team.
Ensure timely execution of campaigns and social media initiatives.
Take overall ownership of Sapna Book House's social media growth, digital visibility,
performance marketing and brand presence.
