Job Description:
Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets while protecting existing
business and identifying new growth opportunities.
Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize market share and create
awareness of airline services within the assigned territory.
Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with travel agencies, corporate
clients, OTAs, consolidators, and other key trade partners.
Conduct field sales visits, tele-sales activities, account management, and
related sales administration.
Identify and pursue current corporate business opportunities through travel agents,
direct corporate engagement, and networking channels.
Negotiate, conclude, and manage commercial agreements, sales contracts, and
promotional partnerships.
Explore new distribution channels and develop strong relationships with joint
venture partners and strategic stakeholders.




Prepare and submit monthly sales and marketing reports, including market
analysis, sales performance, and business forecasts.
Gather and provide weekly market intelligence, including competitor activities,
customer feedback, pricing trends, and emerging prospects.
Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, workshops,
roadshows, and networking events.
Build and maintain solid rapport with business associations, corporate
communities, and industry bodies at all levels.
Collaborate closely with airline principals, internal teams, and business partners
to execute sales and marketing initiatives effectively.
Monitor market developments and recommend strategies to enhance business
performance and customer engagement.
