Role :Engine and Transmission Test Beds Maintenance Engineers

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and repair AC, Eddy Current, and Water Brake dynamometers, throttle actuators, and drives.
Calibrate test bench instrumentation, including load cells, pressure transducers, PT100 sensors, and fuel mass flow meters.
Tune PID control loops for engine speed, torque, fuel, lube oil, and coolant conditioning systems.
Perform rapid fault diagnosis for engine non-start issues, CAN bus errors, PLC interlocks, and test aborts.
Manage utility systems including heat exchangers, fuel supply rigs, and exhaust extraction systems.
