We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Industrial Trainees to join our Food & Beverage Production team. As a trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in food preparation, kitchen operations, and culinary techniques in a high-paced resort environment. This role is ideal for hospitality students seeking practical exposure and learning opportunities in food production.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist chefs in daily food preparation tasks and maintaining kitchen standards.
Support the production of a variety of dishes, including international and local cuisines.
Ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are followed in all food handling and preparation areas.
Participate in food quality control by assisting in portioning and presentation of dishes.
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
Learn and practice kitchen safety procedures and use of kitchen equipment.
Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Assist in special events and buffet setups,



as required.

Key Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
Passion for cooking and eagerness to learn.
Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques.
Robust communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and adapt to new challenges.
Willingness to adhere to hygiene and safety standards.
Flexibility with work hours, including weekends and holidays.
