You will be responsible forthe effective running ofthe department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager - Training is responsible to ensure the smooth and effective running of the Personnel Department in the Human Resources Division.
Qualifications
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Training Manager or Training Executive in larger operation. Valuable presentation, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
