Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification
MBA preferred

Experience:
3 to 8 years of experience in Loan Against Property, Mortgage Loans, Housing Finance, or related secured lending products
Experience in sales team handling and branch business development preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Drive Loan Against Property business in the assigned location.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Source customers through direct sales, channel partners, DSAs, and referral networks.
Recruit, train, and manage sales executives.




Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers and intermediaries.
Ensure adherence to company policies, credit norms, and compliance requirements.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business prospects.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams for smooth loan processing.
