Functional Skills
Valuable understanding of Retail, Corporate, and Digital Banking domains .
Experience in conducting market studies to assess industry trends, customer needs, competitor offerings, and opportunities for product differentiation.
Own the functional system design - think in systems, visualize and document the functional architecture, and define component interactions and boundaries with proven experience
Own the functional data model - define key data entities and their relationships to support transparent, consistent business flows.
Working knowledge of APIs - understanding API inputs, outputs, and how they enable integration across systems.
Familiarity with the Agile product development lifecycle, and understand how to articulate epics, user stories and acceptance criteria
Experience delivering product demos and presentations to internal teams, senior leadership, and prospective clients.
