Role Overview

We're hiring an experienced Travel & Sales Consultant who can manage the full sales cycle from lead conversion to itinerary creation to client communication while helping grow our presence on platforms like TravelTriangle. This is a role for someone who understands both the creative and commercial sides of travel: someone who can craft a compelling itinerary and also close the deal.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads from various channels (including TravelTriangle and other platforms) and convert them into confirmed bookings
Design and customize travel itineraries based on client preferences, budget, and destination requirements
Communicate directly with clients via call, email, and chat to understand requirements, address queries, and build trust
Follow up on leads consistently to maximize conversion rates
Coordinate with vendors, local partners, and destination management companies to finalize bookings
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and client communication
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell travel packages and add-on services




Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and competitor offerings

Requirements
Proven experience in travel sales, preferably with hands-on exposure to TravelTriangle or similar travel platforms
Solid itinerary-building skills across domestic and/or international destinations
Excellent communication and client-handling skills confident on calls and in writing
Demonstrated ability to convert leads into paying customers
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working on a salary + commission structure
Familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, or similar lead-tracking systems is a plus
Prior experience in a travel agency, DMC, or OTA workplace preferred
