Required Experience
12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in technical delivery leadership roles.
Proven experience delivering large-scale data migration and modernization programs.




Robust experience in SAS to Cloud migration initiatives.
Experience leading multi-pod delivery teams (20+ resources).
Hands-on experience with DBT and contemporary cloud data platforms.
Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance domains.
Solid understanding of regulatory and data governance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer Certification.
DBT Certification.
PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile Certification.
Experience with banking regulatory reporting and risk data platforms.
Knowledge of BCBS239, IFRS9, AML, and GDPR frameworks.
