About the Role
NTT DATA is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Sales Executives to join our telecom sales team. This is an entry-level outbound sales role where you will engage customers in Canada, promote telecom products and services, and drive sales through effective communication and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
Promote telecom plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Deliver excellent customer experience while maximizing revenue.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication with a transparent and neutral English accent.




Robust sales and persuasion skills.
Customer-focused approach with active listening abilities.
Resilience and confidence in handling rejections.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Eligibility
Graduates preferred (flexibility based on communication skills).
Freshers are welcome.
6+ Months to 4 years of experience in BPO, tele sales, or customer service is an added advantage.
