Provide secure and quality nursing care to patients.
Monitor and record vital signs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assist doctors during procedures and emergencies.
Maintain accurate patient documentation.
Follow infection control and biomedical waste (BMW) protocols.
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality.
Educate patients and their relatives regarding care and treatment.
Coordinate with doctors and other departments for patient care.
Maintain nursing equipment and report any faults.Check and maintain medicine and consumable stock.
Participate in training, audits, and quality improvement activities.Follow hospital policies, SOPs, and NABH standards.
Perform any additional duties assigned by the Nursing In-charge or Management.
