Role & responsibilities :- Role Split: 40% Analysis and Reports /60% Coordination
Support President in managing various business units / plants located at Tarapur and HO.
Establish quality MIS reports for tracking operational performance of business units / plants as well as Projects
Identify any operational and commercial issues / challenges across businesses / plants and Projects and intimate President suggesting pro-active remedial measures.
Timely provide all business-related analytical data and support to President through effective use of MIS reports and tools to improve Productivity.
Provide President with insightful analysis on Market, Operations, Technology upgradation, Customers, Suppliers, Competitors, etc. for meaning growth and development of the Organization.




Prepare and perform basic analysis like Trend analysis and Variance analysis for plants and Projects for timely presentation to President, to avoid delay and loss in business.
Regular follow-up by proper co-ordination with Top Management and all HODs / key personnel on key matters and issues related to operations, commercial and projects impacting business and up-dating to President.
Managing President's techno-commercial agenda for plants / projects and record important meetings. E.g. CRM software, IT Infra & SAP Reports, etc.

Preferred candidate profile :
Experience Level: 5 Years+
Education : BE or MBA with valuable analytical skills
