Industry Experience Mandatory: Laminate, Boards, Hardware, Sanitary, Electrical or Adhesives
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete product portfolio and product lifecycle.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify current products and opportunities.
Develop product strategy, pricing, positioning and launch plans.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Purchase, Vendors and Operations.
Monitor product sales, margins and market performance.
Identify customer needs and recommend recent product development.
Manage vendor relationships, product quality and specifications.
Provide product training and support to the sales team.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate/MBA preferred.
4 to 7 years of relevant Product Management experience.
Mandatory experience in at least one of these industries: Laminates, Boards, Hardware, Sanitary, Electrical or Adhesives.
Solid market knowledge and understanding of building/interior products.
Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
