Role & responsibilities
Training Need Identification (TNA): Coordinate with Department Heads to identify training needs based on skill gaps, performance and business requirements.
Training Calendar: Prepare and maintain the annual/monthly training calendar in coordination with all departments.
Training Coordination: Coordinate with internal trainers, external trainers, consultants and departments for training programs.
Training Arrangement: Arrange training venue, participants, training material, equipment, attendance, refreshments and other logistical requirements.
Training Facilitation: Facilitate and ensure smooth execution of training programs, including participant coordination and trainer support.
Training MIS: Maintain training records and prepare daily/monthly training MIS, including planned vs. completed training, participants,
hours and department-wise data.
Excel & Data Analysis: Robust knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for training databases, attendance, training hours, participation analysis, dashboards and reports.
PPT & Training Material: Prepare qualified PowerPoint presentations, training calendars, communication material, feedback forms and training reports.
Training Effectiveness & Documentation: Collect participant feedback, coordinate training effectiveness assessments, maintain training records and prepare management reports highlighting gaps and improvement areas.
