ob Summary:We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, focusing on hiring top talent for our corporate office, sales divisions, and manufacturing plant. Prior experience in hiring for the Manufacturing, Building Materials, Infrastructure, or Construction sector is highly preferred.Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to final onboarding.
Sourcing Strategy: Scout potential candidates using job portals (Naukri.com, Indeed), social media (LinkedIn Recruiter), headhunting, and employee referrals.
Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial telephonic screening rounds to assess candidates' communication skills, technical relevance, salary expectations, and cultural fit.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate face-to-face, telephonic, or virtual interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Stakeholder Management: Align closely with departmental heads to understand their hiring requirements for various positions (Sales, Engineering, Operations, Plant Staff).




Onboarding & Documentation: Manage offer rollouts, conduct background/reference checks, and ensure smooth day-1 onboarding and documentation for current hires.
Database Management: Maintain an updated applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate regular recruitment reports for the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Graduate in any stream (BBA, B.Com, B.A., B.Sc.). MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (HR) is highly preferred.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Industry Background: Must have experience hiring for Manufacturing / Building Materials / Core Industries (handling profiles like Sales Executives, Plant Engineers, Supervisors, etc.).
Portal Expertise: Hands-on experience with Naukri.com (Resdex) and LinkedIn Recruiter is mandatory.
Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Solid negotiation and convincing skills.
Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) for maintaining recruitment data.
