Job Description:
Responsible for technical and application support of battery/energy device products across Automotive, xEV and Non-Automotive segments in India. Manage customer technical requirements, product specifications, application reviews, approvals, samples, PPAP/IMDS, drawings, quality issues and 4M changes through SOP.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer technical queries and application requirements for battery products.
Manage product specifications, technical approvals, samples, drawings/3D, PPAP/IMDS and 4M changes.
Support application engineering and product development activities.
Train sales/distributor teams on battery products and applications.
Conduct market, competitor and benchmarking analysis.
Identify recent market prospects and support strategic product portfolio development.
Coordinate with customers, internal teams and overseas/global partners.
