Role & responsibilities :

Career Development Officer / Executive
Counsel students and working professionals on suitable executive education programs.
Understand candidates career goals and recommend relevant courses.
Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls and virtual counseling.
Explain course details, fees, eligibility, and career outcomes.
Follow up with prospective learners and convert leads into admissions.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Maintain and regularly update candidate information in the CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission processes.
Provide qualified, ethical, and customer-centric career counseling.

Preferred candidate profile
Candidates with HSC/12th pass qualification; graduates/postgraduates preferred.




Hardcore outbound sales experience is mandatory.
EdTech experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills, confidence, fluency, and sales aptitude.
Strong ability to counsel students/working professionals and understand their career requirements.
Experience in lead generation, follow-up, conversion, and achieving sales/admission targets.
Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls and virtual counseling.
Candidates with a secure employment history are preferred.
Candidates should be comfortable working in a target-driven, high-pressure workplace.
