What youll do:
Counsel patients for skin, hair, laser and aesthetic treatments as recommended by the dermatologist.
Explain procedures, treatment plans, packages, pricing and aftercare professionally.
Handle walk-ins, enquiries, leads and follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
Build solid patient relationships and ensure excellent patient experience.
Drive consultation-to-treatment and package conversions ethically.
Coordinate with doctors, therapists and front-desk teams.
Maintain daily follow-up, conversion and revenue records.
What we’re looking for:
2–5 years of experience in dermatology, aesthetic, cosmetology,
wellness or premium healthcare clinics.
Excellent communication, counselling and sales skills.
Confident, presentable and target-oriented personality.
Strong follow-up and patient-handling skills.
Comfortable discussing premium/high-value treatments.
Punctual, disciplined and professional.
Gurgaon-based candidates or candidates willing to relocate preferred.
