Heritage Foods Limited is looking for a dynamic and experienced Safety Officer to strengthen workplace safety and ensure compliance with statutory requirements across our manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities: -
Plan and conduct internal safety training programs and awareness campaigns.
Carry out daily safety inspections and periodic internal safety audits across plant operations.
Develop, review, and revise safety policies, procedures, and standards.
Promote a solid safety culture and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Evaluate workplace practices, procedures, and facilities to identify risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
Ensure implementation of Government safety regulations and statutory requirements.
Monitor and maintain Safety Management Systems across allocated plants.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-miss cases and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external authorities on safety-related matters.
Maintain safety records, reports, and compliance documentation.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in FMCG, Dairy, Manufacturing, Food Processing, or Process Industries.
Robust knowledge of Factory Act, Safety Regulations, and EHS Standards.
Positive communication and training skills.
