Define scalable, secure, and extensible Salesforce architecture aligned with enterprise standards.
Lead multi-cloud implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Revenue Cloud.
Design enterprise-grade integration patterns using APIs, middleware, event-driven architecture, and real-time/batch integrations.
Establish architectural guardrails, design standards, and reusable frameworks.
Enterprise Integration a.
Architect integrations with ERP, CPQ, billing, marketing automation, identity providers, and third-party systems.
Design REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, CDC, External Services, and MuleSoft-based integrations.
Implement data synchronization strategies, large data volume handling, and performance optimization.
Define error handling, monitoring,



and logging mechanisms for integrations.
Technical Leadership a.
Provide hands-on guidance on Apex, LWC, Flows, Integration patterns, and DevOps.
Lead code reviews, architectural reviews, and technical governance.
Drive CI/CD implementation using contemporary DevOps tools and SFDX-based development.
Mentor technical teams and enforce best practices for quality and scalability.
Security & Compliance a.
Design role hierarchy, sharing models, and data security frameworks.
Implement OAuth, SSO, JWT, Named Credentials, and external authentication models.
Ensure compliance with enterprise security and data governance standards.
