Job Description:
Basic knowledge on various cutting tools especially for CNC Machines various operations like turning, milling, grooving, drilling, threading and reaming.
Basic Knowledge in Tool Management system.
Conduct Product Trials / introduction / resolve complaints.
Work with Development team to Prove out the recent Tools.
knowledge in improving productivity by adopting better tooling.
knowledge in Grade selection of cutting tools for various materials.
Offering Tooling Solutions and cost advantages to customer by working out a optimum Cost/Component
knowledge in trouble shooting & problem solving of various metal cutting problems.
Has to work with PED & NPD Team

Sales & application engineers for Carbide Cutting Tools
Inserts, tuning, millings, U drill etc.,
Conducts Trials on Machines like CNC, VMC, SPM etc.,

Qualification : BE(Mech) or Diploma (Mech) with Min 2 – 5 Yrs who is Interested in Sales can be applied
