Job Summary:

As our Talent Acquisition Associate, you'll take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle from identifying hiring needs to onboarding top-tier talent. Youll work closely with stakeholders across the business, acting as a strategic advisor and recruitment expert. Your work will directly impact our company's growth and culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Partner with stakeholders across departments to deeply understand hiring needs and build tailored talent strategies.
Design and implement scalable recruiting strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
Source, attract, and engage candidates using a mix of platforms—LinkedIn, job boards, ATS databases, and more.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with precision, ensuring a seamless candidate journey.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews, assessing candidate fit across skill, culture, and growth potential.




Continuously update and refine job descriptions and specifications in partnership with hiring teams.
Track recruitment metrics to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking For
A minimum of 2 to 4 years' experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a solid track record in the chemical manufacturing industry
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels
Solid and confident stakeholder management skills—you're a trusted advisor and relationship builder.
Deep understanding of up-to-date sourcing techniques, talent mapping, talent market analysis, research skills and recruitment tools.
Experience in interview coordination and scheduling.
A strategic mindset with the ability to design and implement recruitment strategies that scale.
Proficiency in writing and tailoring job descriptions and specifications.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
