Assess patients nutritional requirements and prepare individualized diet plans.
Provide specialized nutritional support for oncology and multispeciality patients.
Supervise and guide the Dietetics team and ensure quality patient care.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing and other clinical teams for patient nutrition management.
Monitor diet quality, food safety, hygiene and compliance with hospital standards.
Develop and implement dietetics protocols, documentation and quality initiatives.
Conduct nutrition counselling and patient/family education.
