The chance: Senior Consultant-National-Tech Consulting-CNS - TC - SAP - Mumbai

National comprises of sector agnostic teams working across industries for a well rounded experience.

Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and design SAP SD solutions that align with organizational goals.
Configure and customize SAP SD modules (e.g., order-to-cash, pricing, billing, shipping, and transportation).
Lead end-to-end implementation projects, upgrades, and enhancements.
Collaborate with business users to gather and document requirements.
Provide expert recommendations for process improvements and SAP best practices.
Map business processes to SAP SD functionalities.
Work closely with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, PP, FICO) to ensure seamless integration.
Collaborate with technical teams for developments, interfaces, and reports.
Support integration with third-party applications where applicable.
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for SAP SD issues.
Monitor system performance and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
Conduct system testing and UAT for new configurations and developments.
Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents,



and user manuals.
Train business users and junior consultants on SAP SD functionalities.
Conduct workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Act as a liaison between IT and business teams to ensure alignment.
Communicate project progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.
Build robust relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering
Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science
Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical
Master of Business Administration

Experience
Business Analysis (3+ years)
