KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Closely working on deal generation for investment banking business, along with the senior team - meetings with promoters, senior management, auditors, and other key personnel of companies.
Develop current business opportunities through market analysis and competitive assessments.
Conducting company research, sector analysis, preparing financial model, valuation analysis, pitch presentation for business development, etc.
Also, keeping the pitch presentation updated.
Assisting in developing appropriate investor targeting strategies and support the roadshow process.
Managing and nurturing client relationships.
Assisting in execution of transactions, as required.
Preparing MIS reports, managing dashboards, and assisting in reviews with senior management team.
Willingness to travel extensively throughout India, interacting with specialists, promoters, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: MBA (Finance/Marketing), CA, CS, or CFA
