Role & responsibilities :
Drive home loan sales and achieve assigned targets across the assigned area.
Lead, coach and monitor the sales team to improve productivity, lead conversion and disbursement performance.
Develop robust relationships with builders, DSAs, connectors and other channel partners to generate quality business.
Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal and Technical teams to ensure smooth processing, sanction and disbursement of loans.
Monitor business quality, portfolio performance, market trends and competitor activities while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Preferred candidate profile :
Should have minimum 8 to 13 years of experience in Affordable home loan & LAP sales.
Solid team leadership, sales planning and business development skills with consistent track record of target achievement.
Ability to speak and read regional language is desirable .
