Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Windows Server Administrator (L1) to support and maintain Windows Server environments. The candidate will be responsible for server administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, user management, and handling day-to-day infrastructure support activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor Windows Server environments and ensure system availability.
Perform routine server health checks and maintenance activities.
Manage Active Directory users, groups, and organizational units.
Create, modify, and disable user accounts as per requests.
Troubleshoot basic server, network, and application-related issues.
Handle Windows patching and updates under supervision.
Monitor server performance, disk space, and event logs.
Support DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy administration.
Respond to incidents, service requests, and alerts within SLA timelines.
Maintain documentation of configurations, incidents, and resolutions.
Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams when required.




Valuable knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
Valuable understanding of Active Directory (AD).
Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Group Policy (GPO).
