About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to own our end-to-end accounting operations across both Indian and US entities. You will manage day-to-day accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, tax compliance, and intercompany reconciliations using Tally, ERP, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Accounting (AP/AR & Books):
Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) using accounting software/tools.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations, vendor invoice verification, aging analysis, and intercompany transaction reconciliations between India and US operations.
Maintain and update the company cap table and equity records.
Payroll & Statutory Compliance (India):
Process monthly payroll for Indian employees, including calculation and deposit of TDS, PF, ESI, and Qualified Tax.
Complete monthly/quarterly tax filings and prepare schedules for GST, TDS returns, and local statutory requirements.
Assist external auditors during statutory, tax, and internal financial audits.
US Operations & Tax Coordination:
Prepare financial statements and ledger entries aligned with US GAAP basics.
Gather data, organize schedules,



and coordinate with external US CPA firms for US Federal, State, and Estimated Tax filings and IRS correspondence.
Financial Planning & Reporting:
Prepare monthly cash flow statements, working capital allocation, and budget variance reports.
Generate project costing, profitability reports, and employee productivity analysis for onshore/offshore contracts.
Support leadership with data preparation for due diligence during funding rounds.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) required; M.Com, MBA in Finance
Experience: 4 to 6 years of total accounting experience, with at least 2+ years handling IT/ITeS industry accounting.
Software Mastery: Hands-on experience with accounting tools such as Tally, ERP, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.
Tax Knowledge: Working understanding of Indian tax laws (GST, TDS, PF/ESI) and familiarity with US cross-border accounting concepts.
Key Skills: Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), robust financial analysis capabilities, budgeting and forecasting, reporting and transparent written/verbal English communication.
