Job Description

Position: Business Development Manager

Qualification: Graduation (Any Stream)

Experience: 2+ Years

Location: Indore

Roles & Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify B2B leads for national/ international markets.

Handle inside sales through calls, emails, and online platforms.

Build and maintain relationships with overseas clients.

Present products/services and close deals.

Achieve sales targets and maintain CRM records.

Required Skills:

Proven experience in B2B inside sales for national/ international markets.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi & English.

Robust negotiation, convincing, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work with targets and in a quick-paced workplace.

Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms is a plus.
