Primary Responsibilities
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation in the context of projects.
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
Develop a detailed Project Plan to Track progress and enable resource availability and allocation.
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in Project scope, schedule, and costs. Measure Project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Manage an effective relationship with the client.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Establish and maintain a valuable relationship with clients.
Educational Qualification
Masters/Bachelors degree or Equivalent.
ITIL & PMP certified is preferred.
Technical Skills
Sound knowledge on Project management especially in Data Center Projects/Managed IT Services
Sound knowledge on Cloud computing Windows, Unix, Networking, Storage, Security Solutions & concepts.
Soft Skills
Excellent Oral & written communication skills
Excellent Presentation skills
Conflict management
Knowledge of services and products offered and its scope.
