NewsX Nation is looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage day-to-day HR processes, employee lifecycle activities, and HR compliance.
This role is critical in supporting our full time employees, interns, and mentors while ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization.
You will work closely with management, editorial teams, and internship coordinators to maintain a structured, people-first work workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (joining, onboarding, confirmation, exit)
Handle HR documentation, employee records, and HRMIS updates
Coordinate onboarding for employees and interns
Track attendance, leave, and work-from-home records
Support payroll processing, stipend payouts, and reimbursements
Coordinate with Internship Program Managers for batch onboarding
Implement HR policies, SOPs, and internal guidelines
