Job Summary
We are looking for an intern to help us optimize the shopping experience on our website. This role is technical and operational, ensuring our customers have a seamless path from discovery to checkout.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the upload of content onto the website with the help of internal brand team & third-party brands.
Create and maintain training materials and web documentation for end users in charge of e-commerce/Loyalty operations.
Working together with the catalogue team to deliver the information in the format needed for website upload with accuracy.
Monitor website analytics to identify drop-off points in the customer journey.
Coordinate with the logistics and customer care teams to ensure order fulfilment and resolve queries.
Help set up and test promotional banners, regular creatives brand wise/category wise/SKU wise/Seasonality, discount codes, and loyalty program.
Desired Skills
Familiarity with Ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Nykaa, Purple or similar).
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
Problem-solving attitude and a basic understanding of online retail operations.
Excellent Communication skills.
