Job Description:
Product Promotion: Present and promote company products to doctors,
pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
Prescription Generation: Ensure consistent prescription flow through effective communication and product knowledge.
Territory Management: Plan daily field visits, cover assigned routes, and maintain doctor/pharmacy lists.
Relationship Building: Develop long-term qualified relationships with doctors and medical staff.
Sales Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Reporting: Submit daily call reports, doctor coverage reports, and market feedback.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, current product launches, and market trends.
Event Participation: Organize CMEs, medical camps, and promotional activities when required.
