Responsibilities
Manage IT asset inventory, lifecycle tracking, audits, and disposal.
Manage Windows/macOS devices using MDM tools like JumpCloud.
Administer endpoint security, antivirus, and DLP solutions.
Monitor patching, security, compliance, and vulnerability management.
Manage user accounts and access through Active Directory/JumpCloud.
Provide L1/L2 desktop and technical support.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, email, and VPN issues.
Maintain IT documentation and security compliance.
Requirements
Hands-on experience with MDM, JumpCloud, Kaspersky, and Safetica.
Positive knowledge of endpoint security, patching, and access management.
Experience with ticketing tools like Jira or ManageEngine.
Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, IP, VPN, and ITIL processes.
Robust troubleshooting, communication, and vendor management skills.
Experience with Windows, macOS, and basic Linux.
