3+ years of experience in SailPoint IdentityNow / ISC.
Robust understanding of IGA/IAM concepts.
Hands-on experience with:
SailPoint ISC / IdentityNow
Sources & Connectors
Identity Profiles
Access Profiles & Entitlements
Roles / RBAC
Transforms
Workflows
Certifications
Provisioning & Lifecycle Management
Solid knowledge of REST API, JSON and web services.
Experience with Active Directory / LDAP / Azure AD.
Knowledge of JavaScript, Java, BeanShell or scripting is an advantage.
Experience with API tools such as Postman.
Positive troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Good to Have
Experience with CyberArk, ServiceNow or Saviynt.
Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OIDC and SCIM.
Experience migrating from SailPoint IIQ to ISC/IdentityNow.
Experience with cloud IAM and security platforms.
SailPoint certification is an added advantage.
