Position- Senior executive- SFA

Along with CRM/SFA expertise,We are specifically seeking candidates at the Manager level for this position
Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related discipline. MBA or postgraduate qualification in business analytics, systems or project management will be preferred
- Additional Skills: SQL, Python, DAX, Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience in leveraging Generative AI tools for solving multifaceted automation and data challenges

Work Experience

3 years of experience, drive and optimize Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions tailored specifically for the pharmaceutical landscape. Combine advanced data analytics with pharmaceutical business logic to evaluate field force effectiveness. Power BI Visualization: Design, build, and maintain energetic dashboards and visualization tools in Power BI to translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership and field teams.

Preferred Background and soft skills/Ideal Fit:

Proven hands-on experience in managing Sales Force Automation (SFA) systems, executing pharmaceutical CRM solutions, and building dynamic data tracking models.

Candidates with solid expertise in SFA/CRM applications, including hands-on experience in implementation, administration, optimization, and user support.

In addition to SFA/CRM expertise, the ideal candidate should also possess:
Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis.
Proficiency in Python for automation, reporting, or data processing.
Familiarity with AI-related concepts and tools, particularly where they can enhance CRM processes, analytics, or business decision-making.
