Execution Manager Painting Projects

An Execution Manager is responsible for the end-to-end execution of painting projects, ensuring timely completion, quality, cost control, manpower productivity and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize and execute assigned painting projects.

Coordinate with clients, project managers, contractors and internal teams.

Ensure availability of manpower, materials, tools and equipment.

Monitor daily work progress and prepare execution schedules.

Ensure painting work is completed as per approved specifications and quality standards.

Control material consumption, wastage and project costs.

Monitor manpower productivity and contractor performance.

Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution issues.

Ensure compliance with safety requirements at project sites.

Coordinate measurements, billing and certification of completed work.

Submit daily/weekly/monthly project progress reports.





Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Support project handover and completion documentation.

Preferred Experience: 8–15 years in painting, construction, interior, or project execution.

Reporting To: Execution Head / COO / Project Head.
