Sales Executive & Customer Care Executive

New Life Healing & Wellness Centre

We are looking for a Female Sales Executive & Customer Care Executive to join our team at Recent Life Healing & Wellness Centre.

We work in the areas of Ayurvedic Products, Life Coaching & Wellness Programs, including specialized programs supporting people dealing with anxiety, depression, panic attacks, and emotional wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with incoming leads and understand their requirements.
Follow up with potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Explain our Ayurvedic products, wellness services, and coaching programs clearly.
Convert interested leads into sales and confirmed bookings.
Build a good relationship with customers and provide excellent customer support.
Follow up with existing customers and potential leads.
Maintain basic customer and sales records.
Handle basic office and administrative work as required.
Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth customer service and order/booking processing.
Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
Who We Are Looking For
Female candidate preferred
Tamil-speaking female preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers.




Positive attitude with a sales-oriented mindset.
Ability to understand customer needs and guide them towards the right product or service.
Good follow-up and convincing skills.
Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
Previous experience in sales, telecalling, customer care, counselling, wellness, healthcare, or related fields will be an advantage.
Freshers with good communication and a willingness to learn may also apply.
